  The Brand that I have selected for this post is an online shoes store called Goat. Goat allows people to sell and buy shoes on their app. When selling a shoe on this app it gets goat certified which means that the shoe customers are buying is 100% authentic and not a fake.  For a while in the freelance shoe industry, Goat made a name for themselves by becoming one of the largest marketplaces for buying used shoes. Goat began to get a bad rap for having poor authentication checks on their shoes. The 1 Star reviews began to stack up for this company when it came to their authentication process. And with the rise of other sites like Stock X, Goat began to get sidelined by other reselling companies.  Goats Value proposition was their unique authentication process but as the years went by it became more and more unreliable for customers to ensure the quality of the product they were buying.   The popular candy Skittles has been under a lot of stress dealing with lawsuits and FDA concerns. This popular candy was first introduced in 1974 in Great Britain and wasn't produced in the United States until 1982. Skittles are colorful bright candies marketed for their sweet and savory flavors. I personally am a big fan of Skittles and have always liked them ever since I was a kid. Due to recent news and reading about the lawsuit, I'm not so sure I like them anymore.  So the real question is, What is this Skittles lawsuit?  recently a California resident has decided to sue the company for its usage of titanium dioxide in their product. in the recent years titanium dioxide has been found to form cancer in rats. The lawsuit claims that this ingredient can pass through biological membranes, circulate through the body and enter cells.  Hello class, My name is Daniel Gefre and this is my first blog post ever! Im gonna be honest i'm not much of a blogger but I'll give it the good ol college effort for the sake of my grade in this class. I'm supposed to talk a little about myself to give you guys a feel of who's blog you are reading so here we go.  I am a 4th year student and Oregon State and Linn Benton, yes I am duel enrolled because I like keeping my money. I am from West Linn Oregon, I have lived there my entire life and the reason my parents decided to settle there was because of the schooling. That being said I graduated from West Linn High School which you can see below.
